Cancellation Policy
Over 24 Hours - Free
Any scheduled appointment that is cancelled with 24 hours or more notice will receive free cancellation - No Fee
Under 24 Hours - 50%
In any case where a scheduled appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the season, the client will be required to pay a 50% cancellation fee.
No Notice Given - 100%
In the case of a ‘No Show’, the client will be required to pay the full price of the schedule session.
Discounts
Sibling Discount (Code-SD1)
Any siblings that train with Courtside in the same week (do not have to train together) will receive $10.00 off each session.
Weekend Rate Discount (Code-WRD1)
Any athlete who completes both a weekday and weekend session in the same week, will receive the weekend session at the standard weekday rate.
